Convrs is a platform that helps you create and manage engaging conversations with your customers, leads, and prospects. As an admin, you have the power to configure and customize your Convrs dashboard according to your needs and preferences. 

 

How to Set Up Your Convrs Dashboard​

Below is the onboarding checklist to have a fully functional and optimized Convrs dashboard. Let’s get started!

STEPS

PARTY IN-CHARGE

Fill out the Convrs Master Sheet 
Convrs Team will provide a Master Sheet file where the <Brand> Team can write and:

  • Nominate an email for initial setup and testing
  • Input agent names, details, and business units
  • Double-check the flow of messages and translations
  • Add/update and confirm the WhatsApp templates
  • Review and confirm Permission access
  • Send login credentials to admins 

 

 

Brand Team and Convrs Team

Flow building

  • Create the initial flow/s for the selected channels
  • Approved translations when multilingual

 

Convrs Team

Setting up the initial messaging channels (Bots & Flows)
Please note that you do not need to complete the setup of all messaging channels simultaneously. You can start with the most essential channel/s and then gradually add more.

  • Prerequisites needed prior to actual setup
  1. Identify who has Full Admin rights to the Facebook Business Manager as he/she will be the one to initiate the process
  2. Procure/provide a number (mobile or landline) to be used for the setup 
  3. Choose and finalize payment method 
  • Set up WhatsApp API via the Convrs dashboard
  • Upload templates for approval
  • Test templates and message-sending

  • Grant Convrs dashboard access to the point of contact with admin rights to the brand’s Facebook pages
  • Integrate Facebook Messenger to Convrs

  • Create a bot by accessing BotFather on your brand’s Telegram account
  • Copy the generated API key to create a bot on your Convrs dashboard

  • Convrs will advise on the availability and fees
