How to Set Up Your Convrs Dashboard
Below is the onboarding checklist to have a fully functional and optimized Convrs dashboard. Let’s get started!

Fill out the Convrs Master Sheet Convrs Team will provide a Master Sheet file where the <Brand> Team can write and:
Double-check the flow of messages and translations
Add/update and confirm the WhatsApp templates
Review and confirm Permission access
Send login credentials to admins

Flow building
Create the initial flow/s for the selected channels
Approved translations when multilingual

Setting up the initial messaging channels (Bots & Flows) Please note that you do not need to complete the setup of all messaging channels simultaneously. You can start with the most essential channel/s and then gradually add more.
