Organization Metrics

On the Organization Dashboard, you will find the basic information to date for your organization. 
 

• Bots:  Total number of bots created in the dashboard.
   
• Agents: Total number of agents onboarded on the dashboard.
   
• Flows: Total number of flows created in the dashboard.
   
• Users: Total number of users created by the agent interactions with clients on a specific channel. There may be duplicates as some clients may have interacted with multiple channels.
   
• Inbound Messages: Total number of chats sent by users.
   
• Outbound Messages: Total number of chats sent by the agents.
