SMS

Apart from WhatsApp Business API, SMS is the other messaging channel that can be used for proactive outbound messaging. This means you can use it to open new conversations with clients and use Campaigns. 

In order to have SMS activated on your dashboard, you need to request it through your Convrs representative. Kindly provide the following information:

• Countries you wish to have SMS numbers to 
• Purpose of using SMS 

From there, Convrs will advise you if the SMS service is available in the specified countries, as well as the cost for the following: initial setup, monthly line fee, and estimated cost per message. Please note that fees are subject to change.

Some countries may also require additional information or a signup and approval process. These include the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, to name a few.
