Campaign Results
The campaign results window shows how a campaign is performing: a dashboard of delivery and engagement metrics at the top, and the full recipient list underneath. Open it from the Campaigns list by clicking a campaign's name or its View icon (eye).
WhatsApp campaigns show the full engagement picture — delivered, read, and replied — because WhatsApp reports delivery receipts back. SMS campaigns show send progress only.
Performance Dashboard
The cards and charts at the top summarise the whole campaign. They reflect the campaign at the moment the window was opened — reopen the window for the latest figures.
Read the KPI Cards
The headline numbers for the campaign.
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | Recipients still queued to send. Only shown while there are some — a finished campaign hides this card. |
| On cooldown | Recipients skipped because this chatbot already messaged them within the campaign's cooldown window. Only shown when it happened. |
| Delivered / Read / Replied | WhatsApp campaigns only — each as a count and a percentage of the messages actually sent. |
| Errors | WhatsApp campaigns only — failed sends plus numbers not on WhatsApp, as a percentage of sent. |
| Sent / Undeliverable | SMS campaigns — how many messages went out, and how many numbers could not be sent to (invalid, duplicate, blocked country, or unsubscribed). |
Follow the Delivery Funnel
For WhatsApp campaigns, the funnel shows the cumulative journey — Sent → Delivered → Read → Replied — with the drop-off between each stage, plus a progress bar of how much of the recipient list has been sent to so far. Skipped ("with agent") and on-cooldown counts are noted in the funnel header.
Explore the Breakdowns
The chart beside the funnel can show several breakdowns of the campaign. When more than one has data, a dropdown appears to switch between them.
| Breakdown | Description |
|---|---|
| Recipient outcomes | Every recipient's final state as a ring chart — replied, read, delivered, pending, with agent, on cooldown, errored, undeliverable, or waiting. Each recipient appears exactly once. |
| Error breakdown | WhatsApp only — failed sends grouped by cause, with WhatsApp's technical error codes translated into plain labels (for example "Not on WhatsApp", "Template paused", "Re-engagement window"). |
| Country — recipients | Where the recipients are, when the campaign spans more than one country. |
| Country — performance | WhatsApp only — a sortable per-country table of delivery, read, reply, and error rates, colour-coded against target thresholds. Click a column heading to sort. |
The Recipient List
Below the dashboard, the table lists every recipient with their number, send status, timezone, and — for WhatsApp — their delivery status and any error. The list loads a page at a time; click Load More for the next page. The count above the table always shows how many of the matching recipients are loaded.
Understand Recipient Statuses
Each recipient carries a send status, and WhatsApp recipients also carry a delivery status.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | Valid number, not yet sent (queued, or outside the daily send window). |
| Sent | The message was dispatched. |
| On cooldown | Held back — this chatbot already messaged them within the campaign's cooldown window. |
| Invalid / Duplicate Number | The number could not be parsed, or appeared more than once in the recipient list. |
| User Unsubscribed | The person has opted out and is never messaged. |
| Blocked Country | The number's country is not enabled for sending. |
WhatsApp delivery statuses progress from Server and Sent through Delivered, Read, and Replied. Chatting to Agent means the send was skipped because the recipient was already in a live agent conversation; Error and Not on WhatsApp are failures, with the reason shown in the error column.
Filter and Search Recipients
Narrow the list to a specific outcome, a specific number, or both.
Steps:
- Click a filter chip — Replied, Read, Delivered, Errored, and so on — to show only those recipients. Click more than one chip to combine them; All clears the filter. Hover a chip for exactly what it includes.
- Type at least 3 digits in the Search a number field to find specific numbers. The search combines with the active chips.
Result: The count above the table shows the matching total and names the active filter, so the scope of an export or clone is always clear. The dashboard charts are not affected — they always show the whole campaign.
Export and Retarget
Everything you can see can be exported, and the currently-shown recipients can be cloned straight into a new campaign — the basis of a follow-up or retargeting send.
Export to CSV
Download campaign data for reporting or further analysis.
Steps:
- Click the Export button and choose Recipient list (CSV) for the recipients currently shown (respecting the active filter and search), or Campaign summary (CSV) for the whole dashboard — KPIs, funnel, outcomes, errors, and countries — in one file.
Clone the Shown Recipients into a New Campaign
Send a follow-up to a specific slice of this campaign — for example, everyone who read but didn't reply, or everyone the send failed for.
Steps:
- Filter the list to the recipients you want to target again.
- Click the Clone button.
- The campaign form opens in clone mode with those recipients copied in — pick a new message or template, then create it as usual.
