User Reports
Monitor new user acquisition across channels and bots, including conversion rates to agent-assisted conversations and geographic distribution.
The Users tab contains three reports that help you track how new users are engaging with your chatbots and whether they go on to speak with human agents.
User Acquisition
Track new user growth and engagement across your channels.
Users Created
Shows new user registrations grouped by bot and channel. A user is created when they first interact with a chatbot.

| Bot ID | Unique identifier for each channel |
| Channel Name | Friendly name you assigned to the channel |
| Type | Channel platform (WhatsApp, Web, etc.) |
| Users | Number of new users created on this channel |
Use this report to:
- Track customer acquisition across different channels
- Measure channel effectiveness at attracting new users
- Identify new customer sources
- Monitor growth trends
Users Created Who then Chat to an Agent
Extends the Users Created report by showing how many new users per channel were assigned to a human agent.

| Channel | Channel name and type |
| Agent Chat | New users who were connected to an agent |
| No Agent Chat | New users who were handled entirely by the bot |
Use this report to:
- Measure bot effectiveness at resolving without human help
- Identify channels that frequently need agent escalation
- Track self-service adoption rates
- Plan agent capacity based on escalation patterns
Users Created by Country
Shows new user registrations broken down by country, derived from phone number prefix or IP geolocation.
