My Profile

Manage your personal profile settings, change your password, configure notifications, and customize your preferences.

Access your profile by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting My profile from the dropdown menu.

General Profile Settings

Update your personal information and profile photo. Some fields like username, role, and business unit are set by your administrator and cannot be changed.

Update Your Profile

Edit your name, public name, language, and contact details.

Note
Your Username, Role, E-mail, and Business Unit are managed by your administrator and cannot be changed here.

Steps:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select My profile.
  2. On the General tab, update your information as needed.
  3. Click Save changes to save your updates.

Result: Your profile information is updated and visible throughout the platform.

Upload a Profile Photo

Change your profile avatar image.

Note
Allowed formats are JPG, GIF, or PNG. Maximum file size is 1500KB.

Steps:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select My profile.
  2. On the General tab, click Upload new image.
  3. Select an image file from your computer.
  4. Click Save changes to apply the new photo.

Result: Your new profile photo is displayed in the header and in chat conversations.

Password Management

Change your account password to keep your account secure.

Update your account password.

Warning
Make sure your new password is strong and unique. Do not share your password with others.

Steps:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select My profile.
  2. Click the Change password tab.
  3. Enter your current password in the Current password field.
  4. Enter your new password in the New password field.
  5. Re-enter your new password in the Repeat new password field.
  6. Click the Change Password button.

Result: Your password is updated. Use the new password for your next login.

Notifications

Configure how you receive alerts for new messages and incoming chats.

Configure Notifications

Set up sound and browser notifications for chat activity.

Steps:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select My profile.
  2. Click the Notifications tab.
  3. Configure your notification preferences using the available options.
  4. Click Save changes to apply your settings.

Result: Your notification preferences are saved and applied immediately.

Tips
  • Enable browser notifications to receive alerts even when the Convrs window is not in focus.
  • Customize notification sounds to distinguish between new messages and incoming chats.

Configure Personal Settings

Adjust interface preferences like auto-capitalization.

Steps:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select My profile.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Toggle the Capitalize the first letter when typing a message option on or off.
  4. Click Save changes to apply your settings.

Result: Your settings are saved and applied when composing messages.

Availability Status

Control whether you receive new incoming chats by setting your availability status.

Toggle Busy Status

Set yourself as busy to stop receiving new chat assignments.

Note
There are two types of busy status: Self-busy (red badge) which you set manually, and System-busy (yellow badge) which is automatically set when you reach your maximum active chat limit.

Steps:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Agent Chat, toggle Busy from the dropdown menu.

Result: Your busy status is toggled. When busy, a red Busy badge appears next to your name and no new chats are assigned to you.

Tips
  • Set yourself as busy when you need uninterrupted time to handle existing chats.
  • Remember to toggle off busy status when you're ready to receive new chats again.
