The WhatsApp tab contains eight reports for tracking how your WhatsApp template messages perform. Monitor delivery rates, compare template effectiveness, track campaign results, and keep your WhatsApp quality rating healthy.

Template Delivery

Analyze the delivery pipeline for your WhatsApp template messages.

View Template Delivery Details

Analyze the delivery status of a specific WhatsApp template message.

Steps:

  1. Select a WhatsApp Chatbot from the dropdown.
  2. Select the Language of the template.
  3. Select the specific Template you want to analyze.
  4. Set your date range and click Run Report.

Result: The report displays a preview of the selected template, a donut chart showing delivery status breakdown, and a detailed table of recipients with their delivery status.

Tips
  • Use the Status filter dropdown in the table header to view only recipients with a specific delivery status.
  • Browse paginated results to check delivery status for individual customers.

An interactive report that lets you drill down into WhatsApp template delivery details, showing delivery status for each message.

Template Delivery Funnel

Shows the progression of WhatsApp template messages through the delivery pipeline: Sent → Delivered → Read → Replied.

Delivery metrics are cumulative — a replied message implies it was also read and delivered.

High error rates may indicate content policy issues or opt-out problems. Review template content and recipient lists.

Understand which templates are being used, how often, and when they perform best.

WhatsApp Template Usage

Shows template usage statistics — how many times each template was sent during the period, grouped by template name and language.

Note

This report counts all template messages sent, regardless of delivery status. To analyze delivery success rates, use the Template Delivery Funnel or Template Performance reports instead.

Low response rates in a specific language may indicate translation quality or audience mismatch issues.

Template Optimal Timing

Shows response rates by hour and day for your templates to identify the best times to send messages.

Displayed as a heatmap grid with days as rows and hours as columns, colour-coded by response rate.

Use this report to:

  • Optimize send scheduling for maximum engagement
  • Identify the most responsive time slots
  • Improve reply rates by sending at optimal times
  • Plan batch sends for high-engagement windows

Only time slots with 5 or more messages are included to ensure statistical relevance. Hours are shown in UTC.

Track campaign results and monitor your WhatsApp account health.

Delivered, Read, and Replied are cumulative — a replied message implies it was also read and delivered. Read and Replied metrics require webhook data from WhatsApp.

Shows WhatsApp Business API quality ratings and messaging limits for each of your WhatsApp channels.

Warning

Quality ratings directly affect your messaging limits. Tiers range from 250 to Unlimited messages per 24 hours. A low quality rating can restrict your ability to send template messages.
