Tag Management
Tags help you organize and segment your users and chats into meaningful groups for easier management and filtering.
You can create separate tags for users and chats, assign colors for visual identification, and add descriptions to clarify each tag's purpose. Tags can be applied to users and chats throughout the platform to help categorize and filter your data.
Managing Tags
The Tag Management screen allows you to create, edit, and delete tags. Use the dropdown to switch between viewing User tags and Chat tags.
View Tags
View all tags for users or chats.
Steps:
- Navigate to Admin > Tag Management.
- Select Users or Chats from the dropdown to view tags of that type.
- The tag list displays each tag's name, description, and available actions.
Result: A table displays all tags of the selected type with their names, descriptions, and action buttons.
Create a New Tag
Create a new tag to categorize users or chats.
Steps:
- Select Users or Chats from the dropdown to specify the tag type.
- Click the Create New Tag button.
- Enter a name in the Tag Name field.
- Optionally enter a description in the Tag Description field.
- Select a Tag Colour by clicking one of the preset color swatches, or click the palette icon to choose a custom color.
- Click Save Tag to create the tag.
Result: The new tag is created and appears in the tag list.

| Tag Description | An optional description explaining the tag's purpose. |
| Tag Colour | Choose a preset color, a custom color, or no color. Colors help visually distinguish tags. |
- Use clear, descriptive names that indicate the tag's purpose.
- Assign distinct colors to related tags for easier visual identification.
Edit a Tag
Modify an existing tag's name, description, or color.
Steps:
- Find the tag you want to edit in the tag list.
- Click the Edit icon (eye) in the Action column.
- Update the Tag Name, Tag Description, or Tag Colour as needed.
- Click Save Tag to save your changes.
Result: The tag is updated with the new information. Changes apply immediately to all users or chats that have this tag assigned.
Delete a Tag
Permanently remove a tag from the system.
Steps:
- Find the tag you want to delete in the tag list.
- Click the Delete icon (trash can) in the Action column.
- Review the confirmation message.
- Click Confirm to delete the tag.
Result: The tag is permanently deleted from the system.
