Dashboards give an administrator a high-level overview of different data points available for your organization. These include the following:
- Organization: View a general report to date of the total number of agents, bots, flows, users, and inbound and outbound messages.
- Inbound Chat Summary: Help your business monitor relevant information about your agent's performance.
- Reports: Access relevant metrics on your organization's performance through different sets of reports.
